Change our words, change our mindset.
Our first day back from Fall break and I made my students stretch their minds a bit. We discussed the difference between having a fixed mindset and having a growth mindset. I provided them with a list of 12 fixed mindset statements and we brainstormed ways to change them into growth mindset statements. What a great job they did!
We created a mindset wall in our classroom to help remind us that a growth mindset is our goal this quarter. Change our words, change our mindset!
Take a look at some of the amazing growth mindsets they came up with.
Why do you think having a growth mindset is important?
Hello readers,
How much water do you think the human body needs to survive ? The human body needs 72% of water to survive. You drink water when you get thirsty.
Hi 6th grade, I think that water is very important to living organisms. Water is really 60% to 70% of a human being, fruit gets dry and small. I wonder if that could happen to a human being?
